In this section of the InnoSupport platform you can find different resources and materials aimed to support innovation process in SME and micro companies of local environments developed in the framework of InnoLocalSupp project.

Addressed to the people who work in the promotion of innovation process in SME and micro companies in a local environment, InnoLocalSupp resources are intended to

• Develop the competences and skills for managing,
• Improve the qualifications of the people involved on innovation process in companies, promoting their transversal skill, as creativity, initiative, problem solving, risk assessment, decision taking, and constructive management of feelings,
• Promote the flexibility of the workers for facing to the challenges of the global labour market,
• Facilitate continuous training in works place,
• Support the use of ICT in training activities allowing a flexible and collaborative learning environment.

Thus, in the platform you can access to the following resources:

InnoLocalSupp Innovation Guide a set of modules, components and specific contributions developed in the framework of InnoLocalSupp project, which adapt and update the InnoSupport guide to SME and micro companies of local environments.

Resource Library, where you can find several bibliographical references about innovation and share other interesting documents (registration needed); and

Innovation Rooms, some collaborative tools to improve and support your innovation process.
