10.1.1 What Are the HR Competence Requirements for Innovation?

The HR management activities in a company aim to:

  • ensure the availability of employees in the quantity and quality (possessing the required competences) required;
  • maintain the competences of the employeesin line with the changes and developments of the external and internal environment;
  • motivate the employees to use their competences at the highest level and to contribute to the innovation process and the achievement of strategic goals.
