The main objective of this module was to highlight the Black Box as a method very often implemented in real life, which can be accepted as a generalisation of the human way of thinking. The module will help you to concentrate on the problems themselves, without loosing time and efforts to understand what is behind the issue. Keep in mind that the proposed strategies of handling the Black Box problem in a company (object/process etc.) are not the only ones used in practice. Additional reading will support decision makers to get a more global view on their everyday activities.
