This is the script to the module 'Innovation Marketing' of the course CREATIVE TRAINER that takes place during 2011/2012 in Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, UK, Bulgaria and Slovenia. It serves as useful teaching and learning material for other trainers or directly for representatives of small and medium enterprises. This script explains the role of marketing and its distinctive tasks in the different stages of the innovation process (exploration phase, formulation of business models, exploitation phase). The script contains also an interesting 15 pages case study about the Mini E as a demonstration electric car developed by BMW as a conversion of its Mini Cooper car.
